Steve Richardson told me yesterday, he'll have Randy Butler's REBEL down in Isla Mujeres.

You guys that are going to Isla this year, please be careful carrying firearms aboard. Anything that's magazine-fed or has a caliber over .22 is considered to be solely for the use of the military or police and you will land in hot water if caught (boat impounded, you and the crew in jail, etc).
