Another Snell question

After searching this forum and talking to lots of guys about snelling circles, there seems to lots of different ideas/techniques on which snell is best or the best way to tie it.

Can a few of you guys post your technique and explain why the line should pass through the back of the eye first, etc? Help a weekend dude understand the details.
