albino sailfish released

congrats to my friend captain Chico Alverenga from the Casa Vieja Fleet in guatemala. I think he was running the pelgian today. He released an Albino Sailfish. He is gonna send me the Picture tomorrow.

I have only heard of a handful of these caught and all have been in Guatemala.

So after getting the call from Capt Chico about his first Albino sailfish I had to search to see if there was any more footage on these cool fish.

Cool looking critters for sure. Amazing how they survive to adulthood swimming around like a giant white lure!

We caught one here in Isla about a month ago. No pictures, but released it in great shape.
