start up kit

i am new to the rod building thing but am interested in giving it a good go, is there any online sites that sell a start up kit with most things you will need to make a rod. dont want a kit that comes with blank and guides. just threads, resins, tools, blank holder and turner and that kind of thing.

I got a mudhole catalog the other day and I was very impressed with all the offerings. They offer kits, tools, books, DVD's, rod blanks, etc.
