Ed's Marine reputation is well documented across all the mid-atlantic fishing/boating boards. Just do a search and they come up and the stories are real eye openers.

It seems like this subject comes up way to often. I just like a bunch of mid atlantic boaters went to Eds. It was the first and last time. They are horrible in every sense of the word. If you want to deal with a dishonest business that will screw you every chance they get then Eds is the perfect place.

Hopefully this economy is putting the screws to ED!!!!!

When I see stuff like this, from a new member that just signs up to bash a business or service on their first few posts, I immediately question the users motives.

I am not defending the business, but do have to wonder who you are, who you work for, is it marine related and what the purpose of this really is (other than informing the public) Again I'm not defending anyone that has such a notorious reputation, but thought I would offer another viewpoint.

APPARENTLY TIJOKIM....WHO QUITE POSSIBLY HAILS FROM NORTHERN THAILAND...THE PROVINCE OF PUKYOU....DIDN'T READ THE FORUMS THAT WERE ADDRESSING MR ED

...however if I was screwed by a person or business and I later find out that there were BBB complaints and other people shared my similar headaches then I would do exactly what he has done.

I would try to reach every potential customer and inform them of that business's history.

Of course like Marty has said if he read this site prior to going there he would have known what to expect!
