but the entry fees amount to $62,000!!!! That is insane. No matter how much money I make in my life I will probably never be able to afford to enter in such a tournament. I find it such ashame that only a select few can really participate in this.

Apparently some clarification is in order. $60k plus is not the entry fee for this tourney. That $$ figure represents entry plus all the daily jackpots, not mandatory. Contender team appears to have entered for one fifth that amount, as anyone could. Rich and not so rich can all participate.

How can you say that Contender one stole the show!!!! Angel and The Badman II with 1 1/2 hour to go and completely alone caught one of the biggest marlin in tournament history in 34 minutes to take the title?
