Quepos Fishing Report- Sat Sept 11, 2010

Today we fished about 25 miles SSW of Quepos. We found a huge pod of Porpoise with a lot of birds working around it. Pretty soon we had a strike and landed a little football Yellowfin. We just kept working around the Porpoise and ended up getting 2 more that were a bit bigger. We were ready with Soy and Wasabi too! We ended up pulling the lines around 11:15am due to one of the Clients being sick. I wanted to stay because we were seeing some 100lb + Tuna jumping but the Client is boss so we headed for Quepos. Considering we only fished for 2 hours, I think we did pretty good. Here's a few Photos.
