"Just a quick recap of this month’s highlights - The Davis Mitchell group fishing the 6th thru the 8th started things of with some decent fishing. The Intensity raised 56 sails, and released 32 of 42 bites. The Finest Kind raised 45 sails, and released 24 of 37 bites. The Pelagian raised 43 sails, and released 23 of 33 bites.
Tom Siska and Chris Martin flyfishing aboard the Rum Line the 6th thru the 8th raised a total of 57 sails and released 9 of 21 on the fly.
Michael Cowell fishing abourd the Intensity the 11th thru the 13th raised 30 sails and released 17 of 25 bites.
Chuck Furimsky, Frank Sujansky, and John Randolph took part in one of Jake Jordan's flyfishing schools and fished aboard the Rum Line the 11th thru the 13th. The group raised 30 sails and went 5 for 10 on the fly.
Tom Paul, Tim Lonergan, Craig & Jeff Zouflay and Jaime Abrams fished the Rum Line and Finest Kind the 14th thru the 16th. The Rum Line raised 28 sails and released 12 of 20 bites, while the Finest Kind raised 26 and released 13 of 24 bites.
Daniel Cline, and Karl Beutner taking part in Jake Jordan's fly school fished aboard the Intensity the 15th thru the 18th. The group raised 37 sails, releasing 9 of 12 bites as well as a surprise Striped Marlin all on the fly.
Nat Harris decided to do a little pre-Christmas fly fishing aboard the Rum Line the 17th thru the 20th, and raised 76 sails, releasing 25 of 38 bites.
After the Christmas break, Jeff Clark spent the 28th thru the 30th aboard the Intensity, raising 61 sails and releasing 22 from 38 bites".
