Costa Rica Sport fishing Report By Capt. Dean Jacob
ANOTHER GREAT SPORT FISHING DAY ABOARD "HATTADREAMS"! Our 50' Hatteras was out again today with old friends Dollie Dorough; Tom & Pam Russell from Tulsa, OK .....and their friends Walter & Kathy Cook and Mike Pollard for an exciting day in the azul waters of the central Costa Rican Pacific Ocean. Captain Dean Jacobs and Mates Victor (Tesi) and Juan were runnin' the show.....trying all the tricks. After alot of hard work......2 SAILFISH, a mahi-mahi (or "Cadillac Eldorado" in Kathy's words) and red snapper were brought to the boat! The mahi and snapper (along with some tuna) has already been delivered to BAMBU in the Marina Village here at Los Suenos and reservations made for 7 pm!!! The anglers were apparently trying for some shark too since there was so much chumming going on! Oh well.....EVERYDAY can't be perfect weather with calm seas!! Today was the exception with a hurricane north of us near the Mexican town of Puerto Vallarta and the seas were a little rough due to higher wind BUT THE FISH WERE STILL BITING!! Always fun to have great clients and friends down fishing!!
