Costa Rica Fishing Report August

Goooooooooooood fishing Costa Rica!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well Salty’s back....better than ever, after a short R&R to study the effects of massive amounts of Rum on the human body. Test results were inconclusive but I will continue the research and keep you, John and Joan Q Public informed. Well enough of that. Lets head down to the beautiful Los Sueños Marina and check in with Cap. Walton to see what’s been swimming up and going down on board our Fishing Boat Sunny One.

7-30 Mr. Robert Nichols boards Sunny and has a fine day docking after releasing 1 Marlin and hitting up 14 Yellow Fin Tuna...

8-2 Today we find John Pao steaming out on Sunny and returns after hooking up 6 nice Snappers...

8-3 One of good friends Tim Greene heads out today and hooks up a bit of everything 3 Sails 3 Dorado and 2 Yellowfin Tuna nice job everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

8-15 With Ron Santini angling aboard Sunny they return after a greeeeeeeeeat day with 1 Marlin 1 Dinner Dorado and Wow......... 22Yellow Fin Tuna Holy Wasabi....

[Quepos fishing]

Here at http://www.queposfishing.comQuepos Fishing has been host to so many anglers this green season. Anglers that have fished with us have been rewarded July and into August with Marlin where we were averaging 2 Marlin released per boat. As we moved further into August the bottomfishing was keeping anglers on Amberjack with daily. Wahoo have resurfaced in daily catches and the Sailfish Releases have been consistently 2-3 per charter throughout the month. check out our http://www.queposfishing.com/reports.htm Quepos fishing reports to get the daily report for Quepos Fishing in July and August. September and October both promise to continue to be hot. There is lots of debris in the water and Dorado bite should be terrific. The inshore fishing has been terrific for Roosterfish and Snapper with most of the recent trips being rewarded with some big Roosterfish 60-75 lbs
