John Hancock and his friends Karl and Mike have been trying to catch a Marlin for a long time, in fact they have tried 8 trips between Costa Rica and Panama with some really famous Lodges and come out empty, but there luck turned this trip when John booked with Panama Sportfishing lodge, the fishing was a little bit slow the first day but they saw a lots of Billfish jumping, Tuna were also lock jaw, I guess that added more to the agony but the next few days was very fruitful as each Angler getting a Black Marlin, between 300 to 500 lbs., they also had a lot of fun popping for Mullet Snapper and deep dropping for Snowy Grouper, enjoy the pics.

Thanks again for the hospitality last week.  I can't stop talking about the Marlin I finally - caught.  Of course everyone give s me crap about no pictures but unfortunately mine went down after the initial jump and stayed there for the entire fight.

Had some delays on the way home - two hours delay in Miami so we didn't home till about 3 am Fri.  --long day.

Thanks also for the help with the fish to bring home -- no one ever told me you could do that.  They never even opened the coolers at customs in Miami.

We are having trouble figuring out what is what in the coolers since the packages are not labeled.

Look forward to seeing a picture or two on the site so I can show my friends --- I actually have a couple.------I think.

Karl and his brother were thrilled with the whole trip also.
