Trout Bite On FIRE 10-15-09

Michael Vanderlick, Brien Henry, Bryan Snow and Trey Koger fished with me today. These guys had a total BLAST busting up the trout all on tandem rigged chubs, as usual. From the first stop to the last it was "NON-STOP" action. We had the trout coming in the boat 10 at a time as the bite was incredible today (two at a time almost every-cast!!). Today's action was by far the best I have seen since the trout have moved in. Every school we hit today had keeper fish with most fish averaging between 14-17 inch's (not many throw backs today). After putting 103 trout on ice, the guys wanted to target reds. We found no takers at our first three stops, but no tide movement either. Our last stop is where we found moving water and had a triple hook up within minutes. We added several reds to the box and a flounder and had to call it quits. Always a pleasure fishing with Michael and his crew, thanks guys for another exceptional day!! I look forward to next time.
