ARROWHEAD Water semi–turbid; 83–88 degrees; 5.67’ low. Largemouth bass are fair on spinnerbaits and moving to shallower water. Some crappie are still spawning shallow and fishing is good off the dam, state park piers and Henrietta and Deer Creek bridges on chartreuse jigs or minnows. White bass are good and schooling. Blue catfish are good on cut shad while anchored in 5–20 feet and on juglines.

BOB SANDLIN Water lightly stained; 87–91 degrees; 5.50’ low. Black bass are good on Texas rigged creature baits and football jigs off ledges and in brush piles. Crappie are good on live minnows. White bass are good on Humdingers and topwaters. Catfish are fair to good on trotlines or juglines with Redneck’s Catfish Bait Soap.
BRAUNIG Water clear. Black bass are good on crankbaits and dark soft plastic worms near the jetty and dam. Striped bass are fair on liver and shad off points near the pier. CEDAR CREEK Water lightly stained; 86–90 degrees; 4.06’ low. Black bass are good on Texas rigs, shakyheads and shallow square bill crankbaits around docks – best action is in early morning with deep brush piles producing throughout the day. White bass are good on slabs. Hybrid striper are good on live shad. Crappie are fair to good on minnows. Catfish are fair drifting cut shad.
CHOKE CANYON Water clear; 77–80 degrees; 8.67’ low. Black bass are good on black/blue crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and topwaters. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on cut bait and shrimp. Yellow catfish are good on juglines baited with live bait.

FAIRFIELD Fishing has been slow since the fish kill in September of 2010. TPWD is currently stocking the lake. Redfish and black bass survived the kill in limited numbers.
FALCON Water stained to clear; 87–91 degrees. Black bass are very good on watermelon and chartreuse jigs and crankbaits. Striped bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are excellent on cut bait, shrimp, and shad. Yellow catfish are slow. Everyone in a boat must have a Mexico fishing license (if fishing the Mexico side) whether fishing or not.
FAYETTE Water clear. Black bass are good on perch colored Rat–L–Traps and small crankbaits early. Channel and blue catfish are fair on shrimp and bloodbait.
FORK Water fairly clear; 88–92 degrees; 4.53’ low. Black bass are good on 3/4oz. football head jigs with LFT Hyper Freak trailers and Carolina rigs in deeper water along main lake humps, drops and brush piles, deep diving crankbaits and watermelon/green pumpkin 1/2oz. flipping jigs in 12–15 feet along creek channels. Crappie are good on minnows and jigs. Catfish are good on cut shad and prepared bait.
FT. PHANTOM HILL Water clear; 85–89 degrees; 4.31’ low. Black bass are fair to good on medium running crankbaits, Texas rigs and drop shot rigs. Crappie are fair to good on live minnows. White bass are fair to good on chrome Rat–L–Traps. Catfish are good on nightcrawlers.
