Coming to Texas

I am a new fisherman, I mostly fish in Eastern North Carolina now, but I am originally from Texas. I am going to be going fishing around Port O'Connor, Port Aransas, and Rockport in about 2 weeks. I was just curious if anybody could help me out and let me know what is being caught around these areas and what they are being caught on..... Thanks fellow Texans.
