4/24 Report Orange Beach, AL

The weather didnt look great but i knew the clients pretty well and figured they could handle it. 0530 at the docks with only 2 clients 3 others were 30 mins late. Head out around 0600 coming up on OB pass it looked a little snotty with the spray shooting up on the jettys. We knocked our way through the pass and the sloppy 4 footers turned into a steady roll, not to bad. Nothing but shorts pulled off my shallow stuff. Started getting on some good bites in 120-130' of water and flipper was hot on our tail. Managed to pull a few nice ones off each spot before the cavalry would arrive and shut'em down. Being one of only 3 boats we saw all day made us the only target for flipper and there was a herd that followed us all day. Managed a limit of snapper and 3 nice grouper to 20lbs. Flipper is just about a nuisance.
