Written by Kenneth Brown

Great weather gave us a little more time for taking pictures yesterday. This was the end when the box was full and Joey had to repack before finding room for a little ice. A good finish!

Finshed up in the meat yesterday catching 7 out of 9 yellowfins at one time. The last two tunas foun them selves getting attach from above and below. We were cranking them to the surface and the hammer heads were chasing them from below. The got part of one but Joey was able to hand line the oter up quick enough to save him. This was one of three that followed up. Not a good time for swimming!

Variety on Monday!

Still incredible fising over the lat two days. This has surely been a spring a to remember. Tuna and dolphin with very consistent action. Monday was another great day. The only damper was the rain. Seas were calm and fishing was good. We started out looking tuna. Scattered gaffers were mixed in and the yellowfin action was steady. We also found a couple of nice wahoo, the biggest being a 48 pound citation. Thanks guys and hope you enjoyed the action. Our next open date is June 5 but we have more availability beginning after the 11th. Give us a call and let's hope the action holds through the month.
Wednesday's Catch Photo!

This was our catch after a good day of yellowfin fishing wth a bonus big eye. We fished again on Thursday and had a decent day. The tuna were there but we had tough luck keeping them on the hook. We caught nine yellowfins and five dolphin for the day but lost atleast two tuna for every one we caught. There will be days like. Thankfully we had enough fish around that we still put a good catch on the dock. When we came in a thunderstorm was passing through and it was raining too hard for a catch photo. Blown out the last two days with a late low pressure producing stiff NE winds. We have been canceled for Monday and Tuesday. We are also available for Wednesday. The weather looks good for the week so let us know if you want to get in on some great fishing.
