Inshore

With the recent Northerly winds, spots are starting to run in the waterway and surf. Blues are hitting in the same areas. Flounder fishing has picked up with some fish going as heavy as 9lbs 10ozs. Redfish have been cruising the surf as well as in the creeks. Speckled trout activity has increased but no big catches have been reported. Spanish should still be along the beaches.


Near Shore

False albacore have been along Wrightsville Beach about a mile offshore. Still not much going on with the kings. Grouper and seabass fishing is good from about 80 feet of water on out.



Gulf Stream

Wahoo and blackfin have been caught in the stream. Amerjack continue to bite over hard bottom areas and wrecks.
