Sea Surface temperature report Hatteras to Florida 9-26

[Fishing Report]

The sea surface temperature off of the Carolinas is currently 82-84°F. The sea surface temperature off of the coast of Georgia is currently 84-86°F. The sea surface temperature along the tip of Florida is currently between 85-89°F. The Gulf Stream carries sea surface temperatures between 85-87°F off of the coast of Georgia and the Carolinas. Off of the coast of the Carolinas, warm water from the Gulf Stream has spiraled to the east. These warm water eddies are carrying sea surface temperatures between 82-83°F. Pamlico Sound has a sea surface high of 25 cm above sea level that extends the entire coast of North Carolina. There is a sea surface high off of the coast of North Carolina that is currently 20-25 cm above sea level. There is a sea surface low off of the coast of Georgia that is 30 cm above sea level in addition to a sea surface high off of the coast of central Florida that is 15 cm above sea level.
