Monday May 24 was a good day fishing off the Outer Banks of NC; aboard the Sea Note we started off by hanging on to four out of five Bigeye tuna the largest was 173 pounds caught by Ho Chang from Culpepper Va the remainder of the tuna were a little smaller all around 150 pounds. The tuna hit about 7:45 and we landed all but one by 9:30; afterwards we packed the fish on ice and went looking for dolphin. After a report from the Carolinian it took a short time to "fill in the cracks" with school and gaffer dolphin. Look at those fish; cure the cold water blues and book a trip next week Sea Note has open dates available and the fish just showed up.
