Saturday/Inshore Morehead city

Fished a little back yard king tournament on Saturday.Jimmy Mack little tournament had 60 boats in it and the fishing was hot.We started of by getting bait at Harkers nice big ones 8/10in Shad.Are plan was to run to steves rock but we started inshore at East Rock off of EI.We had a hot bite as soon as the lines went in after boating 2 kings had a very nice Sail jump on the long line after about 5 min had her to the boat.After the Sail we had 2 more kings and we needed a hog as we where bringing in the line to move to a new spot had 2nd Sail on after releasing it ran about 8 miles put the lines out and the 3rd Sail comes in on the baits 3 Sails 6 kings and one large shark called it a day time to run to the dock.It took a 39lbs king to get in the Money all we had was a mid 20lb.1st was a 45 2nd was 44 3rd was 39 and 4th was a 39.Next weekend the SKA Div 1 will be here hope the bite stays hot.

I know you wanted to do well in the king tournament, but this pretty work on your sail releases. Good to know there are some qty in close.
