Run Off Offshore report 5-17-09

Brandon & I got to the waterfront on Friday just in time to see Capt. Brian and Marty unloading the days catch. After 44 Mahi hit the dock, I said something about having a good day, then he told me they had 51 on Wednesday. I told him I would settle for 30.
Headed out on Sunday in some rough seas and reached the blue water. Brian asked for the bridge pole and in less in 1 minute he hooked up with a nice dolphin! 44 more would follow and 2 nice kings to boot. Marty worked his butt off all day and still had time to answer all my dumb questions, but man I learned alot. I swear if someone doesn't stop these guys they are going to put Mahi on the endangered list! Thanks again Capt. Brian and you too Marty for one awsome trip! I'll see you guys on Saturday. Boyce

Everything while trolling. I think we had 4 on at one time at one point. There were some action packed moments with fish flopping around the boat and tangled lines but it was fun!
