Today was a pretty nice day offshore with a 10-15kt east wind. The wahoo were biting pretty good but we were having some bad luck keeping them on the hook. Gary Glisson and his crew did a great job. I think we had 20 wahoo bites and only were able to land five. I had JD check the hooks to make sure they were not made of rubber. A great time was had by all.

Today was a beautiful day in the ocean. Light north wind and the wahoos were hungry. John Pierson and his crew from up in the mountains have been fishing with me for over 20 years (hard to believe I am getting that old). As you can see we had an excellent catch of wahoo with one a 43lb citation and a blackfin.
