Sunday fishing report by Dan
If you didn't see the sunrise over the point today, you didn't catch puppies. The only report of fish being caught came in late this afternoon, just in time for me to type a report. Good numbers of small puppies with some keepers mixed in, were caught at sunrise on the southside of the point. No reports from the south (ramp 55) area.

Monday fishing report by Dan
This morning at the point was not the place to be. Cold and windy with strong currents shut down any chance to catch a fish today. Very few fishermen tried to fish due to the weather. The wind are shifting toward the south tomorrow which should be better for fishing. Until then, stay warm..

Tues Report by Kristie
What a beautiful Tuesday...50's and little wind. Don't get use to it, it was only for today. I haven't heard any catching reports today. There are a few folks venturing out here and there, but nothin caught. I guess it was just too nice of a day Colder weather moving in...maybe those puppies and trout will show up with a lost striper or two. MAYBE!!!!!

Wed Report by Kristie
WELP!!!! That's about all I got I haven't had any reports come in for today. As far as yesterday goes....a few puppies in Hatteras. I do know the boats up at Oregan Inlet have caught stipers yesterday and today. I don't think you have to go very far out.

So, why is it we aren't catching anything? My guess is the bait fish just aren't here and when they are, the porpoises are eating them and scaring the other fish. (the ones we want to catch) Anybody have any thoughts on it
