Went south of the Swansboro hole for Yellowfin. Started slowly but around 10am the two flat lines went off. We were able to land one of the two a 20+ Yellowfin. Around noon we had four lines go off and it was a Chinese fire drill for a while. One fish wrapped around the motor and we had to raise the motors and actually pass the rod and reel under them to unwrap the line. We got the fish to the boat but it broke the line just before I could gaff it. The motor wrap weakened the line and caused us to lose the fish. We were able to land the other 3 so 3 out of 4 is not bad. The remainder of the day was unproductive with only a couple of knock downs. We headed to the dock with 4 nice yellowfins, 3 were 20+ and one 30+. Would have liked to have caught more fish but tomorrow is another day. I will post pictures Monday. Plan to fish again Tuesday or Wednesday. Tight lines to all.
