Thanks to The GPS Store and Sea Tow for their support of the Far Out Shoot Out- we had a good turn out with 33 entries, and I think the format of leaving the entry open thru the event worked well. The fishing was exceptional for Dolphin the entire week and those that found the Wahoo and Tuna made up the winners. There were actually a couple of Yellowfin Tuna caught over the weekend, so there may still be hope for the species.

This weekend is looking great. It is blowing like crazy now, but its supposed to get nice on Friday and the wind is forecast light on Fri, Sat and Sun -- come on down and go fishing.

Kings bit like bull dogs at the Jungle and a few were caught at the 390/390. They will continue to move inshore and I'm sure this weekend will be excellent fishing for them. Also, look for Cobia and be sure you're prepared for them with 1oz. jigs tipped with squid strips on 4 feet of 30# fluoro carbon on a 15-30# spin outfit. Available on OIFC web store- CLICK HERE.
