North Carolina fishing report 12-4
Fishing Report 12/3
It was pretty cold and the water was dirty but a few fish were reported. A few trout were caught by the Frisco pier and Hatteras had some nice sea mullet, blow toads, and small flounder.
A few boats went offshore and had good yellowfin tuna fishing with at least one citation. Some wahoo and blackfin were also boated.

Yellowfins Yesterday! / Posted by: Kenneth Brown / 12/04/10

Fished yesterday for the first time since last Saturday. Weather was good in the morning and we had good action. Our day started catching four out of five yellowfins. We caught a fish or two fairly steady had had a limit by mid day. The wind breezed up for the ride home but all in all a good day on the ocean for December. We will be trying again today if the weather permits. We have plenty of availability the rest of the month if anyone is ready for some yellowfin action. Thanks!

Thursday Fishing Report
The catch of the day seemed to be Trout and there were some keepers and that's good news. These fish were caught at the Jetties, a few behind the Motels, and more in the secret honey holes north of the Pier. There were some Sea Mullet caught on South Beach with a 1lb 14oz fish weighed in by Eric Cunningham. Dogfish continue to please at the Point. No inshore or offshore report today - Grumpy.
Friday Fishing Report
A few Specs behind the Motels that went into coolers along with a couple slot Puppy Drum caught in the same area. For those who love catching Dogfish, the Point was the place to be - Dogfish stew, Dogfish Gumbo, Dogfish with lemon. Rumors of a few Sea Mullet on South Beach. No inshore boats went out but the majority of the offshore fleet did. A few Wahoo, some Blackfin Tuna and good catches of Yellowfin - Grumpy.
