The bait is back. Sharks are back. Cobia are back. Basically, things are getting "back" to normal. Haven't caught any "big" Cobia thus far, but quite a few small ones as well as plenty of Sharks and a few nice Reds. The Cobia bite will greatly increase over the next couple of weeks, and the Sharks will just keep getting bigger through out the season. The Jacks and Spanish-Mackeral should be in our inshore tide rips by the last of the month and ultra-lite species such as the Ladyfish and Blues will be in our inshore waters soon as well. After such a tough spring season, the last couple of weeks are a welcomed change. The best thing though? The inshore/nearshore fishing is only gonna get better.
