The Stripers are hitting jigging spoons and umbrella rigs up the rivers. The fish are ganged up and holding to the bottoms due to the cold weather. Water Temps are holding around 47 degrees.

The big fish bite is hit and miss on live Gizzard Shad or trout in the very backs of the creeks close to the banks pulling planner boards.
