We headed out last week for a short afternoon trip to out some of the new weighted jig heads to much success. Went South looking for bait for a minute and decided that wasn't going to happen so we punched in Belkie Bear into the GPS and headed that way! The bite was slow at first with not even the first sign of bait showing up on the bottom machine. Then there he was 36 ft down on the machine, right where the downrigger was holding a ribbonfish rigged up with a Fishizzle RF-5 Skirt and Fishizzle Jig Head! ![]() Ended up with 3 Kings for the afternoon at Belkie Bear pulling dead cigar minnows. Caught two more on a pink/white King Bling and a chartreuse King Bling with "Plan B" heads on both. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Thanks guys. We might head out of Murrells Inlet in the morning for some livebaiting. Wondering about this full moon out right now though. Probably will be a late bite. Hopefully we'll get some pics and a report.

We were pulling cigars. The other boats out there were limiting out on live pogies. When we fished lighthouse and shark hole on Sunday we had pogies. Saturday morning it would have been a little difficult to chunk a net from the front of an albermarle without going over with the net.
