Help - need a charter - Edisto Beach

Gents - my neighbor will be in Edisto Beach 7/5 - 7/11. He asked if I could look into the charter possibilities for him. He would like to target tuna, mahi, marlin, etc. if possible. It will be 2 adults and one, possibly 2 teens. Any suggestions / recommendations of smaller boats (center consoles, etc.) or as part of a make-up charter would be appreciated. Also, typically how is the bite the second week of July for the fish he would like to target?
