Winds are high out of the northwest, causing a major chill to the area. So it seems like the later part of fall is upon us; however, weather reports are showing a warming trend for the later part of the week.

Numerous puppy drum were caught primarily using shrimp. The reports of schooing stripers are still present on the Oregon Inlet Bridge.
