Exclamation Giant Red Drum and King Macks!!!!!

Hello. There are still plenty of Giant Red Drum up here in the river and sound. In two hours yesterday with three people in the charter we released 35 fish, the smallest being around 28-30 lbs. the larger being mid 50 lb. range. We have a stiff NE blow for the last few days and the rough shoal conditions and water clarity have turned on the drum big time. Going this afternoon, already have had two reports from this mornings fishing, and I quote, " Get up here, it is as good as it gets!!" The other report, " been set up for about an hour and a 1/2, we have released 18 fish and have two more on as we speak!" Folks, I can't do any better than this, this fishery as a whole is growing every year, and for the last five years it has border lined remarkable. They will continue to chew right through the end of this month, the next two and a half weeks being the best of the chew. Pack your stuff, let's role. These are world class fish, come get some action.

On another note, yesterday afternoon when we got back from drum fishing, I took a charter live bait king fishing right here in tight to the beach, it's blowing 20-25, didn't take very long, we had our limit and were releasing them as we caught them within a little over an hour. Our big fish yesterday was 38 lbs. It was a real good sign of what's to come over the next few months as the water temps. finally cool. Anyway good fishing all around. Give me a call if I can answer any questions. Thank you. Capt. Brian Extreme Measures Charters and the RUN-OFF.

a few more to the tally

Day before yesterday caught 16, yesterday we caught 23. The largest fish was right at 64". Started fishing yesterday at 8:00 in the morning, we caught our 23 by 11:30. Still seems to be plenty of them. Capt. B.
