Fishing Report 9/22
Nice, cool and a sunny day. Light south winds 5-10 mph and highs around 80. A little swell still around on the south beach. A lot on the north beach. The only fish from the beaches were around the inlet at Hatteras. Some blues and a few flounder were caught. Inshore some blues, gray trout and flounder were caught. Real good red drum fishing, a few keepers but most were 35-40 inches. Offshore fishing was really good. Some limits of dolphin and 2-11 wahoos caught on most boats. Scattered yellowfin and blackfin tuna. A few sailfish released.
