Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
The weather today was mostly sunny with light rain early in the evening. We had light south-west winds 5 mph and the temperatures were in the low 50′s. No report of any fish being caught today from the surf. The offshore fishing was pretty good today. A few more boats fished which means chances of finding the fish are better. They found bluefin tuna, six released and one boated, a few yellowfin and blackfin tuna , one boat caught six yellowfin, a couple of wahoo and dolphin.

Today was sunny and cool. We had north-west winds at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the low 40′s. It’s supposed to be in the low 30′s tonight and back in the mid 50′s tomorrow. Cape Point had a few puppy drum mixed in with the dog sharks and skates. One boat out offshore today. The “Godspeed” caught a few wahoo and that about it.
The Cape Hatteras Access Preservation Alliance (CHAPA) today filed suit challenging the National Park Service’s issuance of a new management plan and special rule regulating off-road vehicle use at Cape Hatteras National Seashore Recreational Area.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
Today was mostly sunny in the morning with a few hard showers in the afternoon. We had north north-east winds 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 50′s. The fishing from the surf is just not happening. Although the sharks are still biting around Cape Point. Now, offshore fishing was still slow but the “Godspeed” charter boat out of Hatteras Harbor Marina found themselves a estimated 250 lb blue marlin instead of the bluefin tunas they were targeting. Pretty work guys.
