Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

Today was once again mostly sunny and warm. We had light south-west winds at 5-10 mph with the temperatures in the upper 60′s. Down on the Buxton beach there were mostly sharks and a few bluefish. At Cape Point there have been some puppy drum, sharks and skates. The Frisco and Hatteras beaches have been pretty good with catches of blow toads, sea mullet, a few speckled trout and puppy drum. I do not know of any boats that fished offshore today. usually the days after the Thanksgiving weekend are a lot slower.

Today was another beautiful day with lots of sunshine. We had light west winds at 5 mph and the temperatures were in the low 60′s. On the Buxton beaches there were some sea mullet caught. At Cape Point there were some puppy drum and bluefish caught. Down on the Frisco beach there are still some blow toads, sea mullet and few speckled trout. The trout were caught on cut bait. Offshore today the fishing was still pretty good . Lots of king mackerel and some nice wahoo. A few blackfin tuna being caught also.

We hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving!!!

Today was beautiful with lots of sunshine. The winds were from the north-west at 5 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 50′s. Tonight the winds are supposed to switch to the south-west and stay calm like today. The Buxton beach is still producing a few speckled trout and sea mullet. Out at Cape Point there were sharks and a few puppy drum caught. The Frisco and Hatteras beaches had few blow toads, sea mullet and bluefish today. The offshore live bait king mackerel fishing was excellent today, limits by all who fished. A few nice wahoo were landed also. The biggest was 61 lbs. The yellowfin tuna showed up again today too.
