Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

Today was nice and sunny. We had west south-west winds 15-20 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 50′s. The speckled trout fishing was pretty good up on the north Avon beach and a few were caught at the Buxton jetties. The offshore fishing was excellent today. Limits of nice blackfin tuna up to 25 lbs and a few yellowfin tuna. Big drum were spotted under gannets just off Cape Point and when I say big drum I mean big drum. The fish were possibly up to 60 lbs and they were hitting top water lures and jigs.
