11-27-2011: Capt. Joe's now has a new page on the web-site. "Capt's comments and Events". .Fishing offshore yesterday was slow from the fishermen that I talked to. There were a few wahoo caught and a few blackfin tuna and I heard of a sailfish caught as well. Speckled trout fishing is still doing well. There are still large numbers of smaller specs just about everywhere you fish. There has been good catches of legal size specs both in the marshes and on the beach and up at the Cape Lookout rock jetty. There has been a good number of 20 inch plus gray trout up around the jetty as well.
