Hey guys...I'm looking to find a "job" as a mate and am willing to work for tips only...I have been fishing offshore for a couple years now...I am proficient at king/mahi (trolling/lite lining) and bottom fishing...I have limited experience in stream fishing but have gone out a few times...last time out we caught a 39# wahoo and a 30# king all on gear I rigged...I am willing to do this to get experience as a mate that might possibly lead to actual "employed" status...I am not a lazy individual and being late is not in my vocabulary...

I do not expect to arrive and depart with the guests that have booked the charter...I know there is alot of work put into a trip before it starts and after its over...I will be there to help prep the boat and clean up afterwards...one thing to note...I am still a greenhorn...some things I will need to be shown...everyone does things different and I am willing (and able) to do it however you want it done...I'm actually looking forward to seeing different things and learning new ways to rig baits/lures...

I am also willing to do this as a fill in if your mate is sick...or if you just want an extra body on the boat to drive while you fight bluefin tuna (actually, if someone has room I would love to do a ride along for bluefin just to do it)...I am located in Wilmington, NC and am open to fishing the surrounding areas...I can be reached by sending a PM to me here or by calling me at the number below...
