I am more of a lurker here, but thought this position might be of interest for folks visiting this site. I normally wouldn't post something here, but becuase of the nature of the work and the fact that it's just a really cool job I thought it might be ok. One of our international clients has retained us to help them find a Global Fleet Account Manager for one of their largest plants in Charleston, SC. This is an exciting, high visibility, global opportunity with one of “America’s Best Companies To Work For.”

Our client is an international, multi billion Tier One manufacturer. The company has enjoyed unusually strong growth over the past six years and has been recognized for its growth and sound management.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

5-6 years of account management
Industrial manufacturing experience – marine experience a plus
Exceptional customer facing skills
Strong process orientation
Experience working with distributors

This is an outstanding opportunity with a world class company recognized as one of Fortune magazines "best companies to work for."

The salary is quite competitive plus a significant variable component (this company has paid out its bonuses for the last six years with multipliers and is currently looking at another record year). There is also a very expansive relocation program.
