I'd say 2500-3000 per month, commensurate on your experience and time on the job. If your work ethic is good and the capt/owner is happy with your progress and work, you may see a raise.

alright bro im not geting any thing like that but yes i do work my ass off on this boat and i do know what im doing or i wouldent be on this boat we catch fish, the boat always looks good yea i know i should be making more
