I really like this post. It is good to see a young person following their dream, and doing what they love.

Follow your dream to the end Gerrad, Don't ever let anyone or anything stand in your way of following your dream, life is to short.

Congratulations. This thread is awesome. I don't know you Capt. JT, but I now have a tremendous amount of respect for you.

I hope you guys wreck 'em. Congrats.

The young Jedi is holding his own. We put him through some serious "boot camp" over the first 24 hrs. He hasn't run for the border - YET!

I am new to this site, but have been on others like it and have to say this is quite the thread. I have read it from cover to cover, and it is a heart warming story.

I was planning on taking my honeymoon to Huatulco, Mexico so I could fish from the shore or from a kayak for Rooster Fish.(Pez Gallo) Seeing I can't spend to much time away from the misses on our honeymoon I thought this would give me a couple hours a day to fish.

Anyway I may change my plans now and head to Puerto Vallarta, just so I can shake Capt. Josh's hand and see how Fishingfool is doing.

Hope all is going well, maybe see you soon. Pez

I wish I was 20 again, instead of 44. I would have done so many things different. It is so cool reading about dreams coming true. I hope this works out. Give em hell boys.
