hmmmm... i used to mate... been a captain..... run my own boats... i fish....... and hmmmm.. even caught a few.

so now what?!

do i just quit my day job, try to get on a boat making 1/4 my salary and then i can post? or keep my day job... fill up my fuel tanks and fish on my own and not worry about extensions like you!?

i think i will keep my day job... yuppers!! thats what i will do!

I'd keep your day job to, hell they call you and you go hook the car up. But it is just like when you go fishing, the mate calls you and you reel it in. Either job you don't find the thing on the hook you are always called.

EXACTLY stop posting about fishing until its your job. Thats what everyone on here is telling you. I see it takes a while to get the point driven home. I think you got it now.

Now.... I'm confused......so unless fishing is your JOB, one should not post about fishing because obviously one knows nothing about it?

Personally, I know some guys who do quite well and they are not PROFESSIONALS, or at least fishing is not their job.
