Looking for a fish slave

I'm looking to hire a crew member that has nothing to live for on land. Willing to work around the clock, In nasty rough conditions. Fishing off Kona Hawaii and out of Oahu, on the cross seamounts and off the weather bouys. You will be on average of 138 miles off shore to 270 miles in a small boat. Needs to be able to commit to at least 16 straight weeks of trips. Average trip is five to ten days with a one day turn around peroid. I'm going to work you like a dog. This is not a job for a lazy person. This is hand line fishery. You will be yanking and hauling fish. You are going to be sore. But if you love fishing and hand to hand combat. You'll love this job. It takes a special person to handle this. We mostly catch big eye tunas. We also catch a fare number of yellows. Around the bouys you also see some Marlin action that will blow your mind. We dont really target marlin but we do catch a few big ones every season. We had two over 800 in transit last season. Most of this fishing is dangle fish (trolling bait boat style) and dog fishing ( breaking bag) if your interested let me know. I will reimburse your flight if you fish at least 16weeks straight.
Pay is based on a normal commercial boat structure. Some weeks you may make nothing, some weeks you may kill it. We did not scratch once last season in 17 straight weeks. If you go hard you will be rewarded. If you take care of us, we will take care of you.
Again, read what I wrote. You are going to be working in nasty tough conditions with little to no sleep, red bull will be your only friend.

whats dangle fishing.....whats dog fishing....looked up dog fishing online and you wouldnt believe the things google brought up haha....this is pretty interesting to me and i am curious about this style of fishing..when is your season and is commercial boat experience required....plenty of charter boat experience in new england but nothing comercial yet ....thanks

These are not the best photos, but its all I can find right off the bat. This is Dangle fishing. We find large schools of big eyes, throw bait at them to try and get them to come up. Unless of course like a lot of the times the attack you before you even mark them, We fish 18 hooks at a time and when its on, everyone of them is going off as soon as it touches the water. It is not uncommon for two guys to catch up 6000lbs at day. Our normal day all and all is probably more like 2000lbs. But we did do 10000lbs in one day last year. Our bread and butter fish are only 30lbs. But we catch lots of fish in the 50-80lb range and fare number of fish to 120lb. Some times its all big stuff. Let me tell you when you have big ones on every hook it is awesome. We also jack pole in these conditions. We Jig and do a bunch of other things. Dog fishing is a chum bag we drop as deep as 100fathoms to catch yellows around the buoys. the concept is the biggest bait in the bag has the hook in it.
I would like the person I'm looking for to be out here at the start of Jan. You just need to be able to work. Leader exp. is helpful with the handline fishing. But if your a hard worker thats more important.

If you are out of work, or have a job where the business has slowed (i.e. that means just about everyone), you need to seriously consider this job. This is such an outstanding opportunity that TOT (sounds like a new nickname Kenton) should be overwhelmed with resumes & emails. I will be working with Kenton occasionally this year on the boat, but have a good job on a busy boat here in Kona, so I am in the far minority right now.
