Seeking Sales Manager
Posted on January 25, 2011 ShareThis Midwest Industries, Inc, the makers of ShoreLand’r boat trailers and ShoreStation waterfront equipment is currently seeking applicants for a SALES MANAGER position to work from our Ida Grove, IA facility.
Job responsibilities and qualifications for this position would include, but are not limited to: sales and marketing of ShoreStation waterfront equipment including hoist and dock as well as ShoreLand’r trailer product lines. Provide leadership and coordination of company sales efforts through the development, implementation and management of sales strategies to address and meet short and long term company objectives. Supervise and evaluate internal and external Sales Representatives. Develop and manage sales budgets, and oversee the development and management of operating budgets. Maintain positive working relationship with Midwest personnel and its customers. Bachelor's Degree plus three to seven years related experience. Successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate willingness and ability to learn and use company systems and software to fulfill position responsibilities. Must be able to work in a team environment. Travel is required with this position.
