Full Time year round mate position in Hatteras

I am looking for a full time mate to fish year round in Hatteras, Nc. I Run charters on the Reliance from April until Nov.Expecting maybe 70 trips this year with the economy.I also run a 45'commercial boat year round. We fish for croakers, shark, mahi, tile, grouper, spanish & king mackeral, and anything else they'll let me kill.I am looking for an individual that can handle fishing most every day that is fit, and doing plenty of boat work in between.There is always something that needs to be fixed and always plenty of gear work to do.Pay on the charter boat is $100.00 per day plus tip, usually 150-250$. Pay on the commercial boat is 25% after expenses 2 handed, 17.5% 3 handed.I prefer non smoker,casual drinking fine, but no drunks. I will randomly be submitting any crew to a drug test, so dont waste my time if you cant piss clean.As far as the Job goes, If you are not prepared to work your ass off, dont call.If you cant handle a 16-18 hour day.dont call.If you are not ready to go balls to the wall, dont call me.send me resumes or info on yourself to reliancecharters@earthlink.net Job starts in the next week or so.
