***Freelance Mate (RESUME) Looking for Offshore Charters In NJ,DE,MD

Hello everyone: My name is Kevin Coolahan, I am a 23 year old College Graduate who owns a Construction and Remodeling company out of Ocean City, NJ. I am posting a resume on SFC in hopes to gain some additional relationships with either charter captains looking for a knowledgeable mate, or a private vessel who also is looking for a pitman, and/or someone who has good knowledge of the waters off of NJ.MD.DE. I went to West Chester University, obtained my business Degree, with a minor in Architectural Engineering, and built a small business over the course of my college career. I have extensive knowledge of offshore fishing, boat mechanicals, electronics, and seamanship and navigation. I have had a Boat operators license, and have been CPR certified since the age of 12, and have been offshore fishing since I had training wheels on my bike. I do not want to rant on any more about my credibility, so I will just lay out the bare essentials to those of you who may be interested in a very dependable, enjoyable mate aboard your boat.

-23 year old male- Excellent attitude, great personality, good teacher/learner/listener.
    -non smoker
-never arrested or in trouble with the law
    -Coast Guard Certified operator license
    -Lifeguard History
-Scuba History (The guys i work for now constantly send me under the hull 70 miles out to check the bottom, drive shafts, and props)
    -CPR cert.
-own an F350 for transportation/trailering anything you may need
    -5'11'' 185 lbs physically fit/ Ex state/college wrestler/football player. (great at hauling gear,ice,fish,WHATEVER)
    -Experienced pitman including:
    knot tying
    offshore baiting/rigging
    Cast net expert
    Trolling
    Chunking
    Sharking
    Gaffing
I Have handled tons of game fish over the years.
    Tournament experience
    - I will be the first one on the boat, and the last one to leave. I am known for my meticulous boat care attitude, i am constantly checking gear, electronics, hull, engines, basically a living 'operating gauge' to have on board.
-I currently Mate for a 2005 38 RAMPAGE out of Ocean City,NJ. And Also a 2005 36' Luhrs out of Lewes, DE. (Both Boats I Dock, and Navigate to the Grounds) if asked to.
    - I am very reasonable with rates, and mainly do it to get out there and raise fish, and make for an enjoyable trip for everyone on board. I will not turn down a mate job over money, but I just work to compensate for what that day away from the job will cost me.
-I will run Commercial Charters, and also private Boats looking for an experienced hand.
-I have plenty of referrals if anyone is interested in putting me in their pit this coming season.
-Additionally, i am very good with rod/reel mechanics, setting drags, cleaning/rebuilding/maintaining offshore gear.
-I personally own 2 boats, and am capable of handing rigs upwards of 50'
-I fillet Any type of fish, and will even build you a sturdy fillet Table to do my work on.

Anybody interested or know anyone who may be, do not hesitate to send me a PM, or reply on the thread. I live in Ocean City, NJ so if anyone would like to meet up and talk to me in person, i would be more than willing to do so.

    Respectfully,

    Kevin Coolahan
