I have tournament fished in The Oak Bluffs Monster Shark Tournament (4x), in 1999 captaining the youngest crew to ever fish the tournament, releasing 26 sharks. I have also fished the Oak Bluffs Tuna and Marlin Shootout (2x), Star Island Monster Shark Tourney (3x), Cuttyhunk Invitational Tuna and Marlin Shootout (2x), in which we placed 4th, and the Falmouth Grand Prix (2x). I have clocked over 1000 days spent out at sea fishing within the past decade. I have caught and identified hundreds of species of fish -- from freshwater trout in the Great Smokey Mountains, to Salmon in the deadliest rivers of Alaska, to Sailfish in Isla Mujeres, Mexico, to Giant Bluefin Tuna off Stellwagon Bank.
