Do you need a Sportfish Captain?

I am seeking a permanent long-term captain’s position aboard a privately owned sportfish vessel. I am also looking to continue my profession as a charter boat captain, and/or operations manager with a reputable company. Able to work the deck as a mate to get my foot in the door if needed too… Would love to get in with a boat who’s heavy on the Billfish Tournament scene!

• 37 year old professional, extremely dependable, highly versatile, & flexible to travel.
• Strong background in sport fishing business operations and company management.
• Owner/operator of a sport fishing charter business in Costa Rica for 6 years.
• 2 years as captain, assisting operations manager, & fishing instructor for a highly reputable fishing charter company in the Galapagos Islands.
• 12 years operating boats off Southern California & Mexico.
• Captained vessels in other locations such as: Florida, the Bahamas, Mainland Mexico, and Ecuador.
• Over 20 plus years of inshore/offshore fishing and open ocean boating experience.
• Have a passion for marlin fishing, and dedicated to the sport of chasing down billfish.
• Able to multi-task at any level and work great under a heavy work load.
• Non-smoker, non-alcoholic, and drug free.

We are looking to hire a full time Sportfishing Boat Captain overlooking a 67 Hatteras, a 48 Cabo and a 35 Cabo fishing at the Red Sea. This is a part of a big project with 3 Marinas and a full diving and Watersports operation.
