all captains must have TWIC by9/08

For those of you who hold any type of CG Captains License- By September 2008 you must have "TWIC" photo ID- Here is the link link with all the info... By not getting this done you could be penalized or have credentials taken away as per the CG-

So being that I'm out of the U.S. right now, does that mean if I come back to the U.S...my license is no good until I get it? I guess so....that's one more thing I gotta do when I get back stateside.
