1st Mate position

I am looking for a mate for my sportfishing/tuna boat the "Tammy Rose" fishing out east of Cape Cod, Ma. I would like to find someone with some big game/trolling/tuna fishing expierence but will train the right person. We leave the docks everyday at 0400 hrs and fish hard from the end of June through the end of Oct. We will also be fishing three tournaments this summer. Great job for the right person.
